Refund policy

14 days right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal gives you the right to cancel your purchase without stating the reason. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, no later than 14 days after receipt of the item, notify us by electronic inquiry with reference to the order number. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport. Ie. you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.

The only thing you have to pay when you exercise your right of withdrawal is the transport of the item back to us, unless we have agreed otherwise.

You must then return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you have notified the seller that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you simply return or ship the item before the end of the 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Many of our discs are clearly marked once used. Therefore, your right of return lapses, unless of course there is a defect in the product.

The condition of the item upon return
You can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use. However, you must be aware that the item's original box must not be opened, as the item will then be considered as being used. Thus, the terms below apply.

If the item has been tried, in addition to what is described above, it is considered used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Expenses and risk on return
You must bear the cost of returning the item yourself. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item to you and until it is returned to us.

Special return policy for partners
You should be aware that our partners may have a special return policy. In some cases, a business partner may offer you a better legal position than the statutory right of withdrawal listed above.
