14-day right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The right of withdrawal gives you the right to cancel your purchase without stating a reason.

The period is calculated from the day;
- On which you receive the order.
- You get the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several rounds.
- You get the last batch, or last part, in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
- You get the first item in physical possession, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must, no later than 14 days after receiving the item, notify us in writing by electronic enquiry with reference to the order number. In the notice you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving clear notice of this.

Returned items must be sent to the address below. We do not operate a return portal for your market, so please contact us via the chat on this page to arrange the return shipping. Disc Tree reserves the right to refuse to receive return parcels that have not been notified to us in advance, and return parcels that are sent to a parcel shop or otherwise not delivered to our address will not be collected.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal by written electronic enquiry, you must send the return parcel to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you notified Disc Tree that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you simply return or dispatch the item within 14 days of having notified us of the return.

Parcels not collected from a parcel shop

Parcels that are not collected from the parcel shop and are therefore returned to Disc Tree are not accepted as returned goods. Disc Tree reserves the right to deduct the costs imposed on us by our logistics partners (GLS, PostNord, etc.) as well as any fees in connection with the return shipment of an uncollected parcel from any refund of the order amount. Any shipping costs paid by the customer for the original shipment are not refunded. The costs of an uncollected parcel correspond as a minimum to the applicable parcel price in the return portal. 

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal

Certain types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including goods manufactured to your specifications and sealed goods where the seal has been broken. The full list is set out in our Terms of service.

The condition of the item on return

You may try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical shop, but you must not put it into actual use. Please note that the item's original box must not be opened, as the item will then be considered used.

Many of our products are clearly marked once they have been put into use. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that on withdrawal from the purchase you will only get part of, or none of, the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value at the time the return is received. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, the item must be in saleable, as-new condition and without faults, scratches or other damage.

Costs and risk on return

You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item yourself. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item to you until it is confirmed received on return to us.

When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the parcel. Processing is faster if you also fill in and enclose our withdrawal form. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Special return policy for partners

You should be aware that our partners may have a special return policy. In some cases, a partner may offer you a better legal position than the statutory right of withdrawal stated above.
