Ethos Soft is a premium plastic from Thought Space. It is a variant of the standard Ethos plastic, deliberately manufactured to be noticeably softer and more flexible. Although it remains very durable and retains its flight characteristics (premium plastic), the "Soft" property provides an exceptionally grippy feel that is comfortable in the hand, especially in cold weather. The softness also helps the disc absorb energy on landing, reducing the likelihood of unwanted hops and rolls (rollers). Visually, Ethos plastic is typically clear and transparent and often has vivid color saturation or a pearlescent sheen.
